How do I place an order on your website?
To place an order, simply select the item you wish to purchase, choose your desired options (such as size or metal type), and click the "Add to Cart" button. Once you have added all of the items you wish to purchase to your cart, click the "Checkout" button to complete your order.
What payment methods do you accept?
At this time, we accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept payments through PayPal and direct deposit to our bank account.
Can I track my order?
Save yourself the time and trouble of writing the same email over and over again by listing your most commonly asked questions and answers here. Do you offer a gift-wrapping service?
No, not at this time. Our jewelry items will arrive packaged in a plain protective box that withstands handling during transit. We aim to offer a gift wrapping service in the near future.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund or exchange. Please send an email to us describing the product you wish to return with your invoice number and we will review the issue.
What are some ways I can take care of my jewelry?
We recommend that you store your jewelry in a dry, cool place when you are not wearing it. Avoid exposing your jewelry to water, chemicals, and extreme temperatures. To clean your jewelry, use a soft cloth and a mild soap solution other than meteor products which require a polishing cloth only and should not be exposed to water.
Can I customize a item?
Yes, we offer customization services for many of our products. Simply contact us by email and we will work with your request. The fields will also accept partial descriptions. Example: if you are looking for pieces with space for engraving, you can describe the word you want to engrave in the email message.
How long do orders normally take to deliver?
The processing time for your order will depend on the item and the options you have selected. Once your order has been processed, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor its progress. In-stock items are dispatched from our inventory within 1-3 business days. For example, an item ordered on Monday 3pm is estimated to arrive by Wednesday 6pm. Items ordered after this time will be scheduled for delivery by Thursday. Orders placed on Fridays or holiday periods will tend to go through longer delivery times.
Stock is constantly changing and new items are added on a monthly basis. Custom orders usually take about 15 business days to process before they are shipped.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping to many countries. However, please note that some international shipping may take longer and incur additional fees (i.e. customs and duties) that Affa Jewelry does not cover. Please contact us for a quote for more information on shipping fee estimates.
